The version on Sybase's CodeXchange site has been out of date for some time, despite my having sent the administrator the update several times. For the time being, I've got the most recent version located on some file sharing sites:
MediaFire (displays ads)
FileSavr (no ads, but I've experienced site availability issues)
I'm considering hosting it again as a collaborative effort, this time on CodePlex, since CodeXchange no longer offers that capability.

AMFParser
One of the problems with trying to debug a Flex application is that the data being communicated in requests and responses between the client and the service is transmitted in Action Message Format (AMF), so it isn't directly visible in most web debugging proxies. What most people do to overcome this is use Charles, a web debugging proxy that supports parsing of AMF. I've used Charles previously with Java web applications, but I didn't particularly care for it and have been using Fiddler instead for some time.
More on the move to Windows 7...
As you might be able to tell from my earlier post, I've started a move to Windows 7. The first one was an in-place migration from Vista on my XPS laptop. I'll be doing a migration from a Windows XP to a new Window 7 desktop a bit later this month.
Finally, real multi-monitor support in remote desktop
One of the new features of Windows 7 is the Remote Desktop Client (RDC) 7.0, which finally provides decent multi-monitor support. See the Terminal Services Team Blog for the nitty-gritty details. Some caveats though:
