Learn a lesson from the Wii

I just recently (finally) upgraded to a Wii. Only had to pay about $50 over retail on an auction site to get it. Good luck trying to find one in the LA area, most stores told me it would be April before they had more. Try finding accessories once you have one too. Had to hit a half a dozen stores before I found additional controllers. It's not that nobody carries them, it's because they fly off the shelves as soon as they come in.

Certification practice exams available for free…

Ok, to be honest they're for earlier versions of the products.  But I think they're still highly valuable because:

• They'll cover 80% or more of the features of the current products


• Some people are still using older versions of the products.

DisplayIcon

Topwiz Software updated their DisplayIcon freeware sample code. The program allows you to display icons from an .ico, .dll or .exe file on a window. This is great for your application's About window.

TechWave 2007 Call for Papers Now Open!

Would you like to share your Sybase solution with hundreds of conference attendees? If you’ve solved a unique business challenge utilizing Sybase products, Sybase would like to hear about it. This is your chance to attend Sybase’s next annual user conference for free!

• Submit an abstract - Sybase invites you to submit an abstract of a proposed session to be considered for presentation at TechWave 2007.
