TechWave 2011 Call for Papers is open
Apparently they're going back to the old model, where they hold a call for papers from the user community and approve select ones. The last couple of years they were having Sybase employee do almost all of the sessions. If you submit a proposal and it's accepted, you receive a free pass to TechWave valued at $1200.
